Ulster Stores, owner of Moores of Coleraine and The White House Portrush, is the latest Northern Ireland retailer to be awarded WorldHost Recognised Business status, a national recognition for commitment to customer service. WorldHost Recognised Business status is awarded to businesses that have trained 50% or more of their front line staff using the WorldHost customer service training programmes and signed a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Over 16,000 people in Northern Ireland have been trained in WorldHost programmes and over 600 businesses have achieved WorldHost recognition. Sector skills council People 1st is now rolling out the WorldHost retail programme across Northern Ireland.

NRC GAA team win Ward Cup

Professor Terri Scott, Principal and Chief Executive of Northern Regional College congratulates NRC GAA captain Ronan O’Neill, Manager Kevin McSorley and team mates who won the Ward Cup, Grade 2 Ulster Vocational Schools title. The Final result was NRC 3-11 and Colaiste Ailigh (Letterkenny) 0-14.

NRC Students Go Into the Woods

Northern Regional College Level 3 Production Arts and Performing Arts students at the Ballmoney Campus in association with Northern Lights Production Company present the award winning musical ‘Into the Woods’ at the Riverside Theatre in May (27-30th). Following on from the success of their version of ‘Les Miserables’ last year, students are now taking on the hit Broadway musical.
