At Northern Regional College we are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data, in whatever form that information is held.  We will ensure your personal data is properly safeguarded and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (collectively referred to as Data Protection Legislation).  The Data Protection Act gives you the legal right to access information held about you (by making a Subject Access Request).
