Both Jack and Caitlin, who have just started out on their university journey, achieved triple Distinction in their respective courses and each received awarded Highest Achieving Student awards at the Student Awards ceremonies in June.

Caitlin completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism at Coleraine and is now doing a degree in Festival and Event Management at Southampton Solent University.
Caitlin admits struggling with the pressure of exams at school.
“I could have stayed on at school to do my A levels but I felt I needed a break from exam stress.
“Deciding to do the Level 3 Travel and Tourism diploma was definitely the right decision for me and I think it’s a great option for anyone interested in a career in this sector. The emphasis on coursework and independent learning makes it a great preparation for going to university and I’d definitely recommend it.”
