Celebrating 100% student success in all World Host training is Karen McLeod, Travel and Tourism Course Coordinator Northern Regional College Ballymena and World Host trainer. The students undertook all training with Karen McLeod and have shown fantastic enthusiasm in all courses, recognising the value of these world-class awards in supporting their current part-time jobs and future employability in travel, tourism, hospitality, passenger transport and retail worldwide.
Over the next years Northern Ireland will continue “to shine” and host an impressive series of global events. As our present workforce across tourism, hospitality, travel and passenger transport sectors, Northern Regional College students loved the opportunity to avail of this world class training to help them play their part in raising the standard of and delivery of customer service in Northern Ireland, in the UK and indeed globally!
