On his recent visit to McAuley Engineering, Invest NI Chief Executive Alastair Hamilton met a selection of students and apprentices employed by the company. The company puts a strong emphasis on training and development of the workforce for the future through apprenticeships and work placements for students in full time education. McAuley Engineering currently employ 20 young people through the following range of programs; 12 full time apprentices in conjunction with Northern Regional College, 6 students from the College Career academy programs and 2 engineering undergraduates from the University of Ulster Jordanstown.
