They have each been assigned a student to meet/mentor approximately 10 times over two years to provide guidance on career paths and advise on aspects of their current Level 3 Engineering and future study. They shall also supervise the students July/Aug 2014 when they will spend 6 weeks in paid employment in their individual companies. The participating companies have a direct impact on the engineering curriculum being delivered within NRC.
