Shelly’s work was discovered on line by the internet Design Company Stamp-Press.co.uk who produces stamp designs. From this Shelly was approached and commissioned to produce designs which will be used commercially by Stamp Press. Shelly is being paid a commission for each stamp sold and will retain the copy right to her designs, she will also be credited by name.
Shelly is currently in year one of the Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Art and Design and wants one day to be an illustrator. Lecturer Paul Wilson said, “I am delighted Shelly is using her talent this way as a student still in year one I have high hopes that Shelly will now go from strength to strengh”.
