Course Content

This course is for cake decorators with some previous experience of sugarcraft.

Skills covered on the course include:

• Icing and finishing a 2 tier cake - stacking and dowelling skills
• Advanced royal icing techniques- piping and runouts
• Advanced modelling - animals and humans
• Handmade sugarflowers - a spray of wired flowers

Two cakes will be completed during the course- a celebration/novelty cake and a 2 tier stacked cake.
