Course Content

Think you can’t cook? Think again! Not a jar of pasta sauce or curry paste in sight, as this 8 week course offers the chance for beginners and improvers to practice their skills under the expert tuition of one of our professional chef lecturers. You will learn ‘chef’ techniques and gain confidence (whilst having fun!) in a professional kitchen.  Areas covered:

  • Basic knife skills
  • Presentation
  • Food and wine matching
  • Takeout replacement
  • Ethnic cuisine or Valentines night dining
