Course Content

Home Baking. Treat family and friends to home baked breads, buns, biscuits and cakes. Recipes to include new trends and healthier options, step by step instruction offered for beginners and skills enhancement for the experienced! NOTE: Ingredients to be purchased and brought to class by students. Recipes will be provided a week in advance. First night, demonstration only.
