Course Content

Are you a graduate looking to progress your career with both qualifications and experience? Then Future Leaders is ideal for you.

This 12 week programme will match you with a NI employer (10 weeks) and allow you to inject new ideas and thinking into business. You will be paid a £150 per week training allowance and complete a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.

It doesn't matter when you graduated or what your background is, as long as you are a highly motivated individual with career aspirations then we want to hear from you. We will consider those who have graduated with a HND, Foundation Degree or Degree, as long as you are ambitious and interested in a career in Management.

Potential applicants:

• Should not be in full time employment as the programme requires a placement of up to 24hrs per week for up to 10 weeks
• should have ESOL Level 2 or GCSE English pass grade (or equivalent) and also be proficient in the use of ICT.
• Are encouraged to review and research potential employers they would wish to be partnered with
